Options for a Denied Case

What are my options for a denied Workers’ Compensation case?
If your case is denied by the insurance company, you are entitled to a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), which is a state-run, neutral examination. Once we start the process, a QME will assess your medical history and evaluate your injury. This is a process our law offices conduct whether a case has been accepted or denied. The Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) will issue a report if they find your injury to be credible and work-related. Generally, there will be a deposition by the insurance company, wherein you will provide testimony for the Defendant so they can further investigate your injury.
